Residential building
Tao Zhu Yin Yuan (Agora Garden)
Modelled on a DNA strand, this building is an exemplary embodiment of art science meets architecture meets aesthetics. That the building has received a LEED Gold energy label as well as a Diamond level awarded by the Low Carbon Building Alliance speaks volumes for itself.

Educational
Taungoo Educational College
Built in 2016, this college is an ODA project of the Japanese government. It has been appreciated for its functional form done artistically.
Office building
Bank of China Shanghai Building
Built in 2000, this building has a distinctive three-dimensional triangular shape (quadrilateral at the bottom and trilateral at the top) and is the third tallest building in Pudong.
Known for grandeur and imposing style, it was one of the three buildings that were part of the filming of Mission: Impossible III starring Tom Cruise.

TAIPEI 101
It was the world’s tallest building at the time of its official opening in October 2004. Even today it holds the distinction of being the world’s tallest green building, and has been awarded the LEED Platinum certification for energy efficiency and environmental design.
The building resembles a stalk of bamboo or an elongated pagoda.
Metro
Delhi Mass Rapid Transport System
The Kumagai JV group was responsible for the construction of the 45 km range and 4 stations of this project which is aimed at promoting regional economic development and improving urban environment, through mitigation of traffic jams and decrease of pollution caused by increasing motor vehicles.
